Print copies are available directly from me. Why order from the author? A number of possible reasons. 
1)  Reduced shipping costs for single copy orders if you live in Western Canada (MB to BC)  Special author price is $15 plus shipping. Orders can be placed on the buy now button.   Order is generally shipped within two business days.  

2)  Special pricing for multiple copies (six or more) for church leadership team,  worship team, study group or college classes.  Use form provided on this page

3)  Desire an autographed copy?  Include a note with your order.  Limited stock is also available in locations in the lower mainland in BC as well as in Alberta - Three Hills and Calgary.  Contact me for more information and pricing.
