Feel You Are The Only One?

You are not!  

God knew that you would suffer trauma. Therefore, in the Bible, he included the prayers and experiences of others who have experienced trauma in more than 70 lament psalms.  

A lament Psalm provides a structure for crisis, hurt, grief, or despair. It moves us from hurt to joy, darkness to light, desperation to hope.

When we read, memorize, meditate on, and turn them into prayer, God’s Holy Spirit provides healing. Here is a verse for you to memorize.
The LORD is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts, and I am helped; my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him. Psalm 28:7

Memorize it and make it a prayer. Pray it whenever you are weak, sad, or fearful. Claim His strength. Claim His protection.  Share the words and prayer with others as well.
